Senior Quantity Surveyor Plymouth Full time / Permanent £55,000 & Package Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to further your career with a forward thinking, award winning regeneration contractor in Plymouth? If so, then do apply. My client is one of the regions fastest growing contractors, who take on some of the most technically challenging projects in the South West. Due to a recently awarded next phase of a large regeneration project they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. Our challenge is to find a suitably experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will work on large scale £20m + residential builds within a rapidly expanding portfolio, who have an unrivalled market presence. You will be site based working on an initial prestigious build in the heart of Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally MRICS or MCIOB. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering high end residential developments in excess of £20m and have mentored a junior team.
